Honduras Mission Teams

Rolling Hills is joining other local churches to send a team to Honduras June 16 - 23rd.  The goal will be to share the love of Jesus with the people of Honduras through medical/dental work as well as construction projects.  Working in collaboration with the Rice Foundation, the team will serve the people of Honduras this summer by partnering with local churches on the nearby island of Roatan, well known for having the 2nd largest reef in the world.  While there is affluence due to tourism, there is also much poverty on Roatan. Our mission is to identify, with the help of local churches, those Islanders with the greatest need and help them in the areas of health care and home repair, joyfully blessing them and sharing the love of Jesus.

Our accommodations will be comfortable, so that we may have built-in down time in a safe environment allowing us to start each day refreshed, energized and ready to serve others.

Please contact Dave Woody for more information about this exciting and impactful opportunity.

Here is a highlight video from the 2016 mission trip.

Honduras mission

Over the past several years our Honduras mission teams have worked with The Rice Foundation to bring care to the people of Copan, Honduras.  They have provided surgical procedures, medical care, eye glasses, dental care, and pharmacy services.  In addition to the medical programs, our teams have helped build classrooms, roofs, and do general construction projects.  For more information on this mission and our mission partner please visit www.ricefoundation.us.
